Effective February 6, 2023, the Insite Fee increased from $1.25 to $2.00
If you have an outstanding late balance and payment is not scheduled before the City’s disconnect date (the 25th of the month), service will be shut off. You may contact Utility Billing at finance@navasotatx.gov, or schedule a time to come to City Hall to submit a signed extension request form to prevent this.
