If you have an outstanding Utility Billing late balance and payment is not scheduled before the City’s disconnect date (the 25th of the month), service will be shut off. You may contact Utility Billing at utilitybilling@navasotatx.gov, or schedule a time to come to City Hall to submit a signed extension request form to prevent this.
